The Indoor Networks business of Wireless Infrastructure Group (WIG), Europe’s leading specialist mobile infrastructure-as-a-service provider, has announced the appointment of Phil Sorsky as Chief Commercial Officer.
With a wealth of experience in the telecoms eco-system and a heavy focus on indoor networks, Phil joins WIG at a time of unprecedented growth. Phil was the former SVP of Worldwide Sales at CommScope, a provider of network infrastructure solutions. Previously, he was the area Vice President of Juniper Networks and held leadership positions at Cisco Systems and AT&T.
Phil said: “With an increasing number of smart devices being used indoors the requirement for seamless connectivity within those spaces has never been stronger. I’m really looking forward to helping solve many more indoor connectivity challenges for our real estate clients and promoting how WIG can partner with them and the mobile network operators to implement the right infrastructure for today and in the future.”
