Scott is Group CEO and founder of WIG and has led the Company’s scale-up from its first infrastructure projects in 2007. Today, Scott supports and chairs WIG’s three business units and works closely with the leadership team and WIG’s private equity partners. Scott has played a key role promoting the independent wireless infrastructure sector’s expansion in Europe, including founding and serving as the first chairman of the European Wireless Infrastructure Association. Before WIG, Scott worked in private equity where he led investments in the TMT sector and served on the board of both North American and European companies. Scott has an eclectic music taste and loves competing with his two children to find new tunes. He enjoys walking his dogs, football and golfing with friends.

Richard is CEO of our Towers business, leading the strategy and operations of over 2,500 premium infrastructure assets across the UK, Netherlands and Ireland. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in telecommunications and infrastructure, he has held executive roles at Virgin Media, TalkTalk and Ofcom. A keen outdoors enthusiast, he enjoys kiteboarding, skiing and scuba diving.

Craig has been with WIG for over 16 years and is CEO of Indoor Networks, driving the development of WIG’s market leading indoor networks platform in the UK. With over 30 years of experience in telecommunications, his career began in the British Army before joining Vodafone and then Peel Holdings to lead its telecommunications infrastructure business. Craig is passionate about personal fitness, golf and supporting Manchester United Football Club in his spare time.

As CEO & President of WIG US, Eric leads WIG’s business across the United States. With over 25 years in the wireless industry, he has extensive experience in designing, building and operating indoor mobile networks. Before joining WIG, he co-founded ExteNet Systems in 2002, spearheading its growth and successful sale in 2015. A strong advocate for innovation and strategic collaboration, Eric is focused on expanding WIG’s partnerships and network footprint. Outside of work, he enjoys travel with his wife and rock climbing with his two sons. He loves to visit Scotland whenever he can.

Lyn leads the company’s marketing strategy and supports our businesses as we look to expand our customer networks. With over 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, she has a strong track record of shaping brand identity and driving business growth. In her spare time, she runs a Tap and Modern Dancing School, helping children develop their skills, build confidence and find a love for dance.

Stuart is responsible for finance, treasury, HR and IT at WIG, playing a key role in the Group function that supports our three business units. Stuart drives WIG’s financial strategy and works with the businesses on operational efficiency, taking a commercial and collaborative approach to tackling challenges. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A and debt structuring, and before joining WIG, he was Head of Corporate Finance at Standard Life. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking with his spaniels, skiing and making the most of the outdoors.

Richard has been with WIG since its launch and brings over 25 years of experience in the the UK tower space. As Commercial Director of our Towers business, he oversees both our network delivery capabilities and the day to day commercial and contractual relationships with MNOs and over 100 other customers that we provide services to on our infrastructure.. He is passionate about travel, cars, and cherishing quality time with his family. His guilty pleasure? Indulging in “trash” TV!

With over a decade of experience at WIG, Andrew supports the operating businesses in all areas of commercial and strategic development Andrew joined WIG from Corporate Finance at PwC, and he brings valuable expertise in navigating complexity and accelerating growth through a mix of organic and inorganic initiatives. Outside of work, Andrew is busy with two young children and enjoys travelling, hillwalking and growing his whisky collection.

With 17 years of experience at WIG, Peter leads the design, acquisition and build activities across all customer programs in the Towers business. Bringing expertise from Three and Ericsson, he has a deep understanding of network roll-out projects, fast-paced upgrades and complex deployments. Peter values family time and enjoys travelling as much as possible.

Andy joined WIG in 2017 and now leads Sales and Marketing for Indoor Networks, driving business strategy and market expansion. With 35 years’ experience in the communications and media industry, Andy has held senior roles at Nokia, Virgin Media and Thus, specialising in mobile and private networks for industrial, enterprise and public sector applications. Outside of work, Andy is a keen cyclist and photographer with a passion for theatre and the thrill of endurance driving – on and off the road.

With over 30 years of experience in wireless network infrastructure, Tormod leads the design, engineering and technology strategy of WIG’s US business. His career spans Europe, Asia and North America, bringing deep expertise in product development, network engineering and business management. Previously, Tormod served as CTO at ExteNet Systems. Beyond work, he runs a non-profit foundation focused on preventing sudden cardiac death in youth and enjoys travelling and cross-country skiing.

Angela is responsible for key account management, customer relationships and business development for non-MNO customers at WIG. A Chartered Surveyor since 2000, she has over two decades of telecoms experience, from site acquisition to network transformation. Outside of work, Angela is a keen equestrian, regularly competing in eventing and show jumping. She has also rekindled her passion for sailing and is currently working towards her Yachtmaster certification.
