Frasers Property UK has secured Wireless Infrastructure Group (WIG) for a new 6,000 sq. ft.10 year lease at Blythe Valley Business Park, Solihull.
WIG, which is a market leader for neutral host infrastructure and connectivity, will be tripling the size of its existing 2,000 sq. ft. space at Blythe Valley Business Park and relocating its Towers Team, to the new space at Rhodium in Blythe Valley Business Park.

The expansion of the office space is a result of WIG’s need to accommodate its growing team; a result of consistent year-on-year growth, fuelled by an increasing infrastructure portfolio and growing demand for reliable mobile connectivity.
